Step-by-Step Guide

Accessing the Playbook

  1. Find the program - Scroll to the footer section of the Fiftyknots marketing site. You’ll see “Taming Your AI Dragon” with emotional hook messaging and two CTAs: “View Detailed Program” and “Start Application Process.”
  2. Register your account - Click “View Detailed Program.” If you’re new to Fiftyknots, you’ll hit an authentication gate. Provide your email and password (name and company are optional). Your profile gets created automatically.
  3. Review the program structure - Once authenticated, the playbook modal opens. You’ll see:
    • All 5 implementation phases (Days 1-5)
    • 8 key deliverables with checkmarks
    • Base pricing: R60,000 for teams of 5-30 people
    • Optional add-ons: WhatsApp Coach-on-Demand Pod (R8,000-R12,000/week) and Monthly AI Office Hours (R6,000-R12,000/month)

Understanding the 5-Day Journey

  1. Phase 1: Name the Dragon (Day 1) - This phase tackles AI myths head-on with a workshop, fear diagnostic, human-first education, and glossary creation. Your team learns to name and articulate their concerns.
  2. Phase 2: See the Fire (Day 2) - Your team explores safe AI usage, tool demos, ethical prompting, and use-case discovery. They see AI in action without pressure.
  3. Phase 3-4: Tame the Dragon (Days 3-4) - These two days deliver personalized 1:1 coaching, starting points for each team member, workflow design sessions, and opportunity mapping. Everyone gets a custom path forward.
  4. Phase 5: Ride the Dragon (Day 5) - The week concludes with team showcases, a 30-day action plan, roadmap workshop, and manifesto signing. Your team commits publicly to AI adoption.

Starting the Application Process

  1. Book your consultation - Click “Start Application Process” in the playbook modal. The scheduling modal opens with your name and email pre-populated from your profile.
  2. Choose your time - Select an available consultation slot. The system sends calendar invitations via Office 365 to both you and the Fiftyknots sales team (Mark Morris, Cobus Vendeventer).
  3. Receive confirmation - Both parties get confirmation emails. Your consultation gets tracked in the system for follow-up and analytics.

Q: What if my team is larger than 30 people?
A: The base program covers 5-30 people. For larger teams, discuss custom pricing during your consultation. The program scales, but pricing adjusts to maintain coaching quality. Q: Can I access the playbook details without registering?
A: No. Registration protects the detailed methodology and ensures we can follow up with relevant resources. Registration takes 30 seconds - just email and password. Q: What happens if I already registered but can’t remember my password?
A: Click “Forgot Password?” on the authentication gate. You’ll receive a reset email with a time-limited token to create a new password. Q: Are the add-ons worth it for a small team (5-10 people)?
A: The WhatsApp Coach-on-Demand Pod provides real-time answers during the critical first 30 days post-program. For small teams, this can prevent backsliding. Troubleshooting

Issue: “Email already registered” error when trying to sign up
Solution: You already have an account. Click “Sign In” instead of registering again. If you can’t remember your password, use the “Forgot Password?” link to reset it. Issue: Calendar booking fails with “Unable to schedule at this time”
Solution: The Microsoft Graph API integration may be temporarily unavailable. Use the alternative contact form that appears after the error, or email the sales team directly. Your booking attempt gets logged for manual follow-up. Issue: Analytics or tracking not working (you suspect your ad blocker)
Solution: Ad blockers won’t impact core functionality. Your registration, playbook access, and consultation booking all work normally. Only Google Analytics tracking gets blocked, which doesn’t affect your experience. Issue: Company name field won’t accept your full company name
Solution: The field has a 200-character limit. Shorten your company name or use an abbreviation. If your legal name exceeds the limit, use a recognizable shortened version - the sales team will collect full details during consultation. ICP Selection and Testing - After the AI Dragon program, use ICP testing to validate which customer segments respond best to your AI-enhanced offerings. The confidence you build in AI adoption flows directly into faster customer validation cycles.
