Step-by-Step Guide

1. Start a new brief Click “Post a Challenge” from your dashboard. The wizard opens at Step 1: Project Basics. 2. Complete Project Basics Enter your job title (up to 100 characters), describe what you want to build (at least 50 words), and state your primary goal or desired outcome. Click “Next” to continue. 3. Select AI Features Choose the AI capabilities your project needs from the provided options - NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, Automation, or Chatbots. You can select multiple capabilities. Click “Next” to continue. 4. Specify Platform & Timeline Select where you want your solution deployed (web, mobile, desktop, cloud, or on-premise). Choose your budget range from the predefined bands. Set your deadline as a specific date or relative timeframe like “within 2 weeks.” Select your preferred language for project delivery. Click “Next” to continue. 5. Add context and constraints (optional) Provide any additional details about your industry, existing systems, team size, or technical expertise. Specify guardrails like IP requirements, data privacy constraints, compliance needs, or prohibited technologies. Attach reference documents if needed (up to 10 files, 25MB total). Click “Submit Brief” when ready. 6. Review your enhanced brief Wait 30-60 seconds while the AI processes your brief. The system extracts and structures your requirements, normalizes terminology, assigns a feasibility score, and flags any missing information. Review the enhanced version side-by-side with your original input. 7. Request changes or confirm If the enhanced brief needs adjustments, provide clarifications. The AI re-processes your brief with the new information. When satisfied, click “Confirm Brief” to move to specification generation.

What happens if I close the wizard before finishing? Your progress saves automatically every 30 seconds. When you return to the platform, you can continue exactly where you left off. Incomplete drafts remain available for 30 days. Can I edit my brief after submitting it? Yes. Before you confirm the enhanced brief, you can request modifications as many times as needed. After confirmation and specification generation begins, you can only add clarifications that don’t conflict with the confirmed scope. What does the feasibility score mean? The feasibility score (0-100) indicates how likely your project can be delivered through automated implementation. Higher scores suggest clearer requirements and better alignment with platform capabilities. Lower scores may indicate areas needing clarification. What if my requirements are vague or incomplete? The AI enhancement flags insufficient information and prompts you to provide missing critical details. You can’t confirm the brief until these gaps are addressed. This process ensures experts have enough context to deliver what you need. Why does the AI flag my brief for sensitive information? The system detects potentially sensitive data like passwords, API keys, or personally identifiable information. This warning protects you from accidentally exposing confidential details. Remove or mask sensitive information before proceeding.

Troubleshooting

The AI enhancement is taking longer than 60 seconds If the enhancement service is unavailable or timing out, the system queues your brief for retry. You’ll receive a notification with an estimated wait time. Check back in a few minutes or refresh the page to see updated status. I submitted contradictory requirements and the AI flagged conflicts Review the identified conflicts in your enhanced brief. The AI highlights inconsistencies like “build in 1 week” paired with “enterprise-scale system.” Clarify your priorities or adjust timelines and scope to resolve the conflict before confirming. My description is very long and appears truncated The system accepts descriptions up to 5,000 words but may truncate the display for readability. The AI enhancement summarizes and extracts key points from long descriptions. Your full original text remains stored for reference. I can’t find my draft brief Check your jobs list and filter for status “draft.” If you abandoned the wizard more than 30 days ago, the system automatically deleted the draft. Start a new brief to proceed. Specification Generation - After you confirm your enhanced brief, the platform automatically generates a detailed technical specification. This spec becomes the foundation for expert matching and project execution. Data Room - Upload supporting documents, business models, and reference materials to your project’s data room.
