  1. Submit your project requirements - After you confirm your job details, the system automatically triggers expert matchmaking when your project reaches “awaiting allocation” status.
  2. AI generates candidate pool - Within 15 seconds, the system identifies up to 100 qualified experts and calculates match scores (0-100) based on skills overlap (35%), rating average (20%), availability (15%), pricing fit (15%), timezone compatibility (10%), and performance history (5%).
  3. Top candidates receive offers - The system broadcasts offers to the top 10 ranked experts within 2 minutes. Each offer includes your job summary, budget range, deadline, key requirements, client industry, and estimated time commitment.
  4. Experts respond within 24 hours - Shortlisted experts can accept your offer with one click or decline with a reason (budget too low, deadline too tight, currently unavailable, lack of required expertise, not interested in project type, or other). They have 24 hours to respond.
  5. System allocates best match - When experts accept, the system automatically selects the highest-ranked candidate. Your job status changes to “allocated” and you receive the expert’s profile and project start details.
  6. Receive expert confirmation - The allocated expert gets full job details and your contact information. Both parties receive notifications to begin work. If no one accepts in round one, the system broadcasts to the next 10 candidates automatically.

What happens if all experts decline my offer?
The system automatically broadcasts to the next batch of 10 top-ranked candidates. This continues for up to 5 rounds. If all candidates decline after 5 rounds, the system escalates to admin review to reassess your project requirements or expand the search criteria. How does the system choose between multiple experts who accept?
The expert with the highest match score wins allocation. If two experts have identical scores, the system uses tie-breaker criteria: fastest response time, highest past project count, and most recent platform activity. Can an expert accept then back out before work starts?
