  2. Start a new venture - Click “Quick Start” or use the /wizard to begin. The platform analyzes your input across multiple dimensions and routes you to the optimal pathway based on your venture stage and goals.
  3. Review your AI-generated brief - After document upload or wizard completion, visit /briefreview to examine the AI-extracted business requirements. The system highlights key assumptions, identifies gaps, and scores confidence levels across 12 dimensions.
  4. Select your ICP category - Navigate to /icpselection to choose your ideal customer profile pathway. The platform recommends Pre-Seed, Seed, or Growth tracks based on your venture maturity signals.

Q: What happens if I disagree with an AI assessment or recommendation?
A: Every AI decision includes an override path. Click “Request Review” on any assessment to escalate to a Human Sherpa. You can also provide corrections directly on briefs, specifications, and planning documents. The system learns from your feedback to improve future recommendations.
Q: Can I collaborate with team members or advisors?
A: Yes. Use /venturesquad to invite collaborators with role-based permissions. Team members access shared documents, participate in reviews, and track progress. For structured collaboration sessions, visit /collaborativeworkspace where AI facilitates real-time co-editing and captures decisions.
Q: How do I track whether I’m on schedule?
