Capture qualified leads at the right moment with intelligent forms that adapt to your content and context. This system gates high-value resources - playbooks, case studies, toolkits - behind smart capture forms that pre-qualify prospects while building your pipeline. 3. Common Questions

Q: What happens if I submit the same form twice? If you submit a form with the same email within 24 hours, you see an “Already submitted” message. After 24 hours, you can resubmit and your contact record updates with the new information. Q: Do I need to fill out a form every time I access gated content? No. After you complete one gated content form, you gain session-based access to all gated resources during that browser session. You only fill out the form once per session. Q: How quickly will I hear back after submitting an onboarding form? You receive a confirmation email within 10 seconds. For high-priority submissions (budget over $10,000 or timeline under 30 days), the sales team receives immediate notification and typically responds within 4 business hours. Q: Can I opt out of marketing emails? Yes. All forms include a marketing opt-in checkbox. You can uncheck this to receive only transactional emails (confirmations, direct responses). You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email footer. Q: What if the form doesn’t load or I get an error? Forms require JavaScript to function. If you see a “JavaScript required” message, enable JavaScript in your browser. If submission fails, your data still saves to our database - you don’t need to re-enter everything. Refresh the page and try again, or contact support.

4. Troubleshooting

Issue: “Invalid email address” error when submitting The form validates email format automatically. Ensure your email follows the standard format: name@domain.com. If you’re certain your email is correct but still see this error, try a different browser or clear your browser cache. Issue: Form fields are not pre-populating on subsequent visits Pre-population relies on session storage. If fields appear empty: (1) Verify you’re using the same browser and haven’t cleared data, (2) Check that you’ve previously submitted a form in this session, (3) Note that session storage clears after 24 hours or when you close all browser tabs. Issue: Confirmation email never arrived Check your spam folder first - automated emails sometimes filter incorrectly. Confirmation emails send within 10 seconds of submission. If you don’t receive it after 5 minutes, verify the email address you entered was correct. Contact support with your submission details for manual verification. Issue: Form won’t advance to the next step Multi-step forms require all mandatory fields before proceeding. Look for red validation messages under incomplete fields. Budget ranges, timelines, and project types require selection from dropdown menus - free-text entries won’t validate. Complete all required fields (marked with asterisks) before clicking “Next.” Data Room Detail - After submitting a gated content form or onboarding request, your submissions create entries in your personal Data Room where you can track all documents, playbooks, and resources you’ve accessed. View your complete content library and engagement history. Analytics Dashboard - Track your own engagement across the platform, including which playbooks you’ve accessed, forms you’ve completed, and resources you’ve downloaded. See your journey progression and next recommended steps. Journey Overview - Once you complete onboarding, you gain access to your personalized Journey Overview showing your current stage, active tasks, and milestone progress. Forms feed directly into journey initialization, determining your starting point and recommended pathway.
