  1. Every Wednesday at 10 AM UTC, check your preferred channel (WhatsApp, Slack, or in-app) for your weekly digest.
  2. Review your PRD score movement - the digest shows your overall score before and after, which dimension moved most, and why.
  3. Check the team milestones section to see what your squad completed this week.
  4. Find your specific next action at the bottom - this tells you the highest-impact step to improve your weakest dimension.
  5. If your score held steady with minor fluctuations (under 5 points), the digest highlights your holding pattern and suggests the next breakthrough move.
Responding to Stall Alerts
  1. If your PRD hasn’t been updated in 7 days and momentum drops to CLOUD_COVER, you’ll receive a check-in message on your preferred channel.
  2. The message names your current momentum state and offers specific help to unblock your progress - no passive “just checking in” language.
  3. If you don’t respond within 7 days (Day 14 total), you’ll get a direct nudge on your preferred channel AND in-app with 2 concrete actions you can take in under 30 minutes.
  4. At Day 21 with no response, you’ll receive messages on all channels with explicit options: re-engage with next steps, schedule a call, or formally pause the venture.
  5. Respond to any message or edit your PRD to restart the momentum clock - the system tracks engagement across all channels, not just PRD edits.
Celebrating Stage Gate Clearance
  1. When your PRD clears a stage gate (like CONVICTION at score 82+ with all core dimensions above 60), you’ll receive a celebration message within 60 minutes.
  2. The message arrives on all your active channels (in-app, preferred external channel, and team Slack).
  3. Review what you earned: the gate you cleared, your overall score, and the top 2 dimensions that drove the achievement.
  4. Read the forward-looking section that explains what the next stage (like FORGE) demands from you.
  5. Use this momentum to tackle the next stage’s requirements - the system already knows what you need to focus on.
Understanding Sprint Gateway Reviews
  1. At every sprint boundary (4-12 week cycles), the AI Product Manager conducts a structured gateway review of your venture.
  2. Navigate to the PRD Dashboard (/prddashboard) or Journey Overview (/journeyoverview) to see your review when it’s ready.
  3. Review the machine recommendation: Continue (you’re on track), Accelerate (you’re exceeding expectations), Pivot (evidence suggests a direction change), or Stop (persistent below-threshold performance).
  4. Read the evidence package: PRD score trajectory, drift events, momentum state, team health score, and confidence assessment correlation.
  5. If the recommendation is Continue or Accelerate, your next sprint is automatically funded. If it’s Pivot or Stop, a human review is triggered within 48 hours - STOP recommendations never execute automatically.
